Kathy started working in the legal field after high school and had the honor of working for a United States District Court Magistrate in Maryland during the summer after high school and during summer breaks while she was home from college. From this wonderful experience, Kathy knew that she wanted a career in the legal field. Kathy began working for attorneys in North Carolina in the mid 1980's and worked in the legal field in North Carolina and South Carolina until 1990 when she moved to Florida. Since moving to Florida in 1990, Kathy has worked as a paralegal and has thoroughly enjoyed her work with attorneys and their clients. Kathy likes to point out that experience is one thing, but, the most important things to her as a paralegal are always opening her mind to continuing to study and to learn as much as she can by attending seminars, reading materials, and taking courses in her field, and, most importantly, always treating attorneys, colleagues, Court staff, other law firm staff, and the law firm's clients with professionalism, respect, and as she would want to be treated. Kathy has enjoyed her work as a paralegal and appreciates the opportunities she has had to work with so many wonderful attorneys and clients over the years. She appreciates the opportunity to be a part of Jackson Law Group, LL.M., P.A. and looks forward to working with all of the wonderful clients of the firm and many more to come.

Michelle is Jackson Law Group's Tax Manager. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of South Florida. Michelle has spent more than 14 years in a mix of public and private accounting, including two years with the tax department of the international accounting firm, KPMG. Her experience is in working with small business start-up clients and billion dollar corporations alike. She is qualified to competently handle everything from tax preparation services for businesses and individuals to consulting for full service accounting. She is especially proud of the specialized training and experience that she has received as well as her attention to detail.
Michelle in proficient in many types of accounting and tax software including QuickBooks, Creative Solutions, Lacerte, and UltraTax. Her services include training clients on how to use these programs in their own businesses. She is an Enrolled Agent before the IRS and a QuickBooks Pro Advisor.
